We’ll Miss You 😢, But Here’s How

We’ll be sad to see you go—but we get it! If you need to cancel, no worries. We’re always here if you want to come back and join the adventure again. 💙

Just head over to your account settings by clicking on the user icon and select Settings.

Next, find the Billing and Plan link, and click on Manage My Subscription. Easy peasy! And remember, even though we're a very new platform, we are constantly growing and adding new features, with big plans headed this way soon. We’d love to work with you again anytime!

  • Trial Period: Still in your 15-day free trial? You can cancel anytime during this period through your ‘Account Settings’ to avoid any charges. We hope you’ve enjoyed your trial, but if you decide it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings!

  • Monthly Memberships: If you cancel your monthly membership, you’ll still have access to all the perks until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your membership will expire, but don’t worry—all your books, reviews, and earned Bounty Points will be safely stored for you. Who knows, maybe you’ll want to come back and pick up where you left off!

  • Annual Memberships: Canceling an annual membership? You’ll keep all the benefits until the end of your membership period. Once that’s up, your membership will expire, but just like with monthly plans, your books, reviews, and Bounty Points will be waiting for you if you decide to return.

We’d love to keep you as part of the Book Bounty family, but if you need to step away, we totally get it. And if you ever want to chat about how we might be able to work together in the future, just let us know.
